For our Custom Designed items, we will works closely with you to create something amazing. We will send mockups and size charts to confirm the item before it is printed. Once the order is finalized we will create your item! If in the event that you received your item and there exisits a manufacturing defect we will gladly replace the items if notified within 5 days of purchase.
